Return Policy for Quiet Rituals

At Quiet Rituals, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our aromatherapy and home fragrance products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@quietrituals.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your item back without prior authorization.

4. Shipping Your Return:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • If the item is defective or damaged, Quiet Rituals will provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

6. Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@quietrituals.co.uk with your order number and details of the exchange request.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative product.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@quietrituals.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

8. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, first check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be processing delays.
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@quietrituals.co.uk.
