1. Processing Time:
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During busier periods (Oct-Dec) this can increase to 3-4 working days.

Orders £40 and above: Free

3. Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
4. Shipping Restrictions:
We are currently unable to ship to Germany via the UK warehouse due to regulatory requirements.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a delayed, lost, or damaged package, please contact our customer service team at support@quietrituals.co.uk We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Quiet Rituals is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
